(simple joint-stock company) with its registered office in Bydgoszcz, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs in the District Court in Bydgoszcz, XIII Economic Division of the National Court Register under registration Id (KRS) 0001046414 having tax Id (NIP) 5543014859 and statistical Id (REGON) 525831418 with a share capital of PLN 5,000.

We respect your right to privacy, which is why we make every effort to protect your personal data, in particular by using appropriate technical and organisational measures.

External links may be placed on our website to allow you to reach other websites directly, including social media sites such as Facebook or Instagram, or when using our website, cookies may be placed on your device from other parties, in particular from providers such as Facebook or Linkedin, in order to allow you to use the functionalities integrated into these sites. Each provider determines its own rules for the use of cookies in its privacy policy, and we therefore have no influence on the providers' privacy policies and use of cookies. For security reasons, we recommend that each of you read the privacy and cookie policy document before using the resources offered by other websites or services.

The use of our service is carried out using the secure SSL protocol, providing greater data security.

In connection with your use of our website, we store http requests directed to the server. The resources viewed are identified by URLs and relate in particular to:

  • the public IP address of the end device from which the request came,
  • user station names - identification via http protocol if possible,
  • the user name given during the authorisation process,
  • the time of the enquiry,
  • response code http,
  • the number of data sent by the server,
  • the URL of a page previously visited by the user ("referer link"), in the event that our website is accessed via an external link,
  • information about the user's browser.

The aforementioned data are not associated with specific visitors to our website and are statistical in nature.

We do not automatically collect any information via our website with the exception of the information contained in cookies. The information collected in this way is used by us for, among other things:

  • monitoring of possible security risks,

At the payment gateway level, we process: payment identifiers including the last four digits of the payment card, the month and year of validity of the payment card and the associated personal data (name and surname).

  • erasure or restriction of processing,
  • to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data - the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.

Our aim is to provide the highest possible level of service, which is why we use services provided to us by third parties in certain areas. Some of the services provided to us by such entities involve the processing of your personal data, but always only to the extent necessary for the provision of the service in question. The third parties (external service providers) that are involved in the processing of your personal data are:

  • the hosting provider who stores the data on the server,
  • payment system provider,
  • the provider of the mailing system where your data is stored,
  • provider of user communication tools,
  • the supplier of the invoicing system that stores your data for the purpose of issuing a VAT invoice,
  • the accountancy office that processes your VAT invoice data,
  • other subcontractors who gain access to the data if the scope of their activities requires such access.

We do not carry out any form of automated processing of your personal data that involves the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal factors. In particular, we do not use your data to analyse or forecast an individual's performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movement.

As controller, we will process your data:

  • for the performance of the concluded contract, including billing and record-keeping purposes (basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)
  • for analytical purposes (better selection of services to meet your needs, general optimisation of our products, optimisation of our service processes, building up knowledge of our customers, financial analysis of our company, etc.) being the realisation of our legitimate interest in this (basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • for archival (evidential) purposes in pursuit of our legitimate interest in preserving information in the event of a legal need to prove the facts (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • for the possible establishment, investigation or defence of claims being the exercise of our legitimate interest in doing so (basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • for the purpose of surveying your satisfaction in pursuit of our legitimate interest in determining the quality of our service and the level of satisfaction of our customers with our products and services (basis under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);

Currently, payments are made using the imoje payment system, whose owner is ING Bank Śląski SA, ul. Sokolska 34, 40-086 Katowice, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs in the District Court of Katowice - Wschód, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000005459, share capital of PLN 130,100,000.00 fully paid up, NIP: 634-013-54-75, REGON: 271514909.

Your personal data arising from the conclusion of a contract will be processed for the period in which claims relating to that contract may arise, i.e. 6 years + 1 year from the end of the year in which the contract expires, of which 6 years is the longest possible limitation period for claims, an additional year is for last-minute claims and problems of service, and counting from the end of the year serves to determine a single deletion date for contracts ending in that year.

We may process data processed for direct marketing of our products and services until you object to its processing for this purpose or we determine that it has become obsolete.
